What is the YSO?

The YSO was founded in order to improve children’s and young adult library service to the residents of Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties, through the active exchange of information, the coordination of regional library programs, and the provision of advice and guidance to the North Country Library System regarding concerns of the organization.
