Activities:

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Buzzing all around.

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Buzzing on the ground.

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Buzzing up so high.

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Buzzing in the sky.

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Buzzing past your toes.

Bumblebee, Bumblebee

Buzzing on your nose.

Five Little Bees

One little bee flew and flew.

He met a friend, and that made two.

Two little bees, busy as could be.

Along came another and that made three.

Three little bees wanted one more.

Found one soon and that made four.

Four little bees going to the hive.

Spied their little brother and that made five.

Five little bees working every hour.

Buzz away bees and find a flower.

Here Is the Beehive

(Clasp hands together, fingers intertwined)

Here is the beehive

Where are the bees?

Hidden inside where nobody sees.

Soon they come creeping

Out of the hive -

One, two, three, four, five!

BUZZZZ!

(Lift one finger at a time as you count)

Bumblebee Song

(Tune: Jingle bells)

Bumblebee, bumblebee,

Landing on my nose,

Bumblebee, bumblebee

Now he's on my toes.

On my arms, on my legs,

On my elbows.

Bumblebee, oh bumblebee.

He lands and then he goes.

Crafts:

Bee headband

Cut strips of yellow paper to use as the headband. Fit it to the child's head and tape in place. Attach yellow circles to black pipe cleaners and tape these to the front of the headband on the inside so the ends don't show. Glue strips of black paper horizontally around the front of the yellow headband to look like a bee.
